Teachers
There are 7 members in the year 9 mentor team with whom I work closely with on a daily basis. The purpose is to create a healthy environment for all learners to get the best out of them.
In year 9 mentor team we meet weekly to discuss academic and social issues faced by learners on a daily basis and strategize how to negotiate each challenge. Together we are trying to prepare learners for the world and for them to be the best that they can be.
We are 8 staff members in the team for Year 8.
We are working with positive discipline strategies in order to create a safe and calm year group atmosphere that is based on the values of equality, inclusivity, kindness and respect.
